That's right - a crew of 14 of us leave for Bady Bassitt, Brazil on Sunday, June 5th. While there, we will not only enjoy the sights and sounds of the wonderful Brazilian culture but have the privilege of sharing our faith in Christ. Our daily activities will include visiting local schools to talk with students about the dangers of drugs, their need for hope, and how Jesus is the only hope. We will also be doing door-to-door evangelism as we pass out Bibles in the neighborhoods near the Baptist church. Then each evening we will host a VBS and Parent work shop. As you can imagine, our schedule will be full.
You can begin praying now for some very specific things:
1. Pray that hearts are open and tender to the Gospel.
2. Pray that God gives us favor with the people and city officials.
3. Pray that we have safe and uninhibited travel.
4. Pray our team stays healthy.
5. Pray our financial needs are met as we raise support for tickets and materials.
